2014 New Forest Stinger 5 mile and 10 Mile Races
Sunday 19th October 2014 - Prompt 10.00 start time
Ocknell Caravan Park and Campsite, SO43 7HH
An undulating 5 or 10 mile run through the beautiful New Forest National Park. Perfect for those who enjoy multi-terrain including forest trails, woodland, heathland and plenty of mud (weather depending)!!
This year Totton Running Club are celebrating 30 years of running and are delighted to host the additional new 5 mile run, which still takes in plenty of the lovely setting and offers the same muddy terrain for much of the course.

Closing date for entries is Friday 10th October or when capacity of 400 is reached.
Entry includes
· Complimentary Post Race Massage
· Refreshments
· Medical cover
· Free and ample car parking near to the start and finish area but please think of the environment and car share where possible
· A memento for all finishers
· First place male and female
· Age categories prizes for male and female – under 40, 40+, 50+ and 60+
Unfortunately no shower facilities are available but you can take some New Forest mud home with you!

Race Secretary, New Forest Stinger, 11 Ordnance Way, Marchwood, Southampton SO40 4AP.
Entries will be acknowledged by email where possible.
Race numbers to be collected on the day, please arrive in plenty of time to avoid delays.

£15 Unaffiliated
5 mile run £10 UKA affiliated
£12 Unaffiliated
Entries on the day £2 extra, up to race limit of 400.
Minimum age on race day is 17 and over for both events.
Additional Information
The 10 and 5 mile run will be organised under UK Athletics rules,
permit number TBC.
Unfortunately the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs
(the and finish area is access friendly for well-wishers)
Under UK Athletic rules the use of MP3 players and similar devices are not permitted whilst running the course.
By entering this event you agree that photographic and video footage may be taken by authorised personnel for marketing purposes and the Totton Running Club website.
