Please see below an email from Lordshill Road Runners regarding their 10 Mile race on the 2nd November.
It would be great to get as many Totton runners to this race especially as it is our focus race on training nights at the moment. We are all working hard to achieve our groups times, so lets all put it into practise and see if the hard training will pay off.
You can either enter online or i attach their entry form.

Dear all,
If you could please pass these details out to the members of your clubs we would be more than happy to reciprocate for your own races.
The Lordshill 10 Mile Road Race will be taking place on Sunday 2nd November and entries are now open on both Running Diary and RunBritain. There is a link directly from our website to make life easier or please use the one below.
In addition to another lovely T-Shirt, we are adding chip timing to this year's event.
The Lordshill 10 Mile Road Race is organised by Lordshill Road Runners and takes place around the lanes and streets of Nursling, Hillyfields, Lee and the Broadlands Estate in Southampton starting and finishing at 5 Acres, Redbridge Lane, Southampton. This popular local race caters for up to 550 male/female participants between 16 to 80+ years of age. This year’s event is taking place on Sunday 2nd November starting at 10am.
Renowned for being well organised, having lots of friendly and supportive marshals and its PB-potential course, it’s a great addition to your race calendar for 2013. The course is the same as in previous years.
Ample car parking will be available at Ordnance Survey at Adanac Park which is a short walk from the Race HQ situated at Oasis Academy - adjacent to the start/finish of the race.
The race is once again part of the ever popular HRRL series.
To guarantee a technical t-shirt in your size, please enter online via Running Diary <http://www.runningdiary.co.uk/race/lordshill-10-mile> or RunBritain before the 6th October.
I have also attached a copy of the entry form for those that wish to enter by post.
Many thanks and looking forward to seeing you all on the 2nd November,
Kirsty Ware-Lane
