Over the last 6 months the coaches have been meeting to discuss and plan the training for the club.
At the meetings one of our discussion points was members running in the wrong group for their ability. It was agreed that the coaches will allocate a training group for all our members. So over the last few months we have all sat down and have produced the attached document. If your name is not on the list or you have a ? next to your name please contact me to discuss further.
We appreciate that it is not always possible to stay in your group due to injury or you have not attended for a while. If you have to go down a group we would be grateful if you can stick to the times allocated for that group. Please do not push the pace if you are going down a group and if you are trying a group up please advise the coaches in charge so they know to keep an eye out for you.
The coaches have also organised a timetable, so on most nights (if everything goes to plan) we should have 2 coaches in every group. So If the groups are too large we can split it into two sub manageable groups.

Group Organiser John Mursell
Group 1 Sean (he is the only coach that can keep up)
Group 2 Kylie, Andy, Karen, Virginia, Neil.
Group 3/4/5 Simon, Marlene, Angela, Rene, Diana, Sonia, Alison, Deborah.
As you can all appreciate this is a trial run and if you are unhappy with the group you have been allocated, let me know by email and it will be brought up at our next coaches meeting. If you have any comments or feedback on this trial I look forward to hearing from you.
